I like browsing social media. Not just one app — I jump between Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit… constantly. Open one, scroll a bit, switch, repeat. At some point, I thought: why not keep everything in one place? So I built an iOS app where I can open multiple social media accounts side by side and switch between them quickly. No deep problem. No big startup idea. Just something I personally wanted. 💡 Step 1: Validating the Idea (on Reddit) Before building anything, I posted the idea on Reddit and asked: “Would anyone be interested in testing this?” Around 25 people said yes. That was enough validation for me. So I told them: 👉 “Wait, I’m building it.” 🛠 Step 2: Building + Getting Testers Once the app was ready, I reached out to all 25 testers. Apple requires email + name for closed testing, so I asked them to share that. Reality check: 25 interested 15 actually responded 10 gave real feedback The rest? Busy, disappeared, or just didn’t follow up 😅 Lesson: Interest ≠ commitmen
